The Finance Department manages the Borough's revenues, expenditures, investments, accounting, budgeting, and debt. As such, the department provides the Borough's Assembly and residents with dependable and efficient quality services in billing and collection of Borough wide taxes, cash management and other fiscal functions in accordance with legal and professional standards.

Mission Statement

The Finance Department mission is to provide fiduciary control of the Borough's assets, perform fiscally related services, and provide accurate, timely and useful financial information to support the delivery of municipal services to the Borough’ Elected Officials, Administration, and the public. The Finance Division consists of Administration, Financial Services, Land Leasing, Raw Fish Tax, Bed Tax, Guide Tax and Collections.
                                   

Online Payments

Payment of taxes, fees for permits, and land leases payments may all be paid using all payment options; credit card and e-check HERE

 To use the new portal, you will need your Lake and Peninsula Borough registration number. Please contact our office at (907) 246-3421 if you need help with finding your LPB registration number.

YOU WILL STILL NEED TO SUBMIT YOUR COMPLETED TAX FORM AND ANY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS EITHER BY MAIL, FAX OR EMAIL.

 

PROPERTY TAX

The Lake and Peninsula Borough does not levy a property tax.

Therefore, no "excess funds", property tax roll, property sale information, assessments, or any such lists are maintained.
